With regret we have to inform all persons concerned that the company Web2Net Solutions where our domaine is hosted, last month, had a major server crash down and all our NEWS UP DATES for the period 01 JUY 2006 till 31 JANUARY 2010 have been lost and cannot be retrieved.

All other details have not been effected.

Shipment of: Medical equipment, for hospitals and clinics served by the Ministry of Health; and additional medical materials and computers for the Theological College of the Ethiopian Tewahedo Orthodox Church, in Addis Ababa.

· 1 ENT operating microscope,
· surgical and dental instruments,
· medical consumables,
· Uniforms of various sizes

Second Consignment:

For the Ethiopian Tewahedo Orthodox Church

(23 Boxes containing)
· Medical materials for use in the Church's clinics
· Clothes and Toys for orphans and refugees
· 23 computers for the use of the Theological College

In a letter undertaking to see to all related matters concerning the transit of the load from Djibouti to Addis and its secure distribution, the Minister of Health has stated to the Chancellor of the Order of the Orthodox Hospitallers:

The Ministry of Health is very grateful and delighted to accept your donation and the conditions stipulated in your fax message. Accordingly, we confirm that:

·We will write a formal letter of acknowledgement addressed to the Chancellor of the Order on receipt of the equipment
·We will cover any costs of custom clearance and local duties/taxes, which may need to be paid for in Djibouti before on-forwarding to Addis
·We will hand over the mentioned 23 boxes to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church…

This shipment to Ethiopia has been consigned by The Order of the Orthodox Hospitallers, with a significant financial support from Children of Ethiopia AID. It is hoped that this joint venture can be repeated several times in the coming year and for this, we shall welcome any help.
